Hi! 🔥
Welcome to the first issue of the CONTINU:STUDIO newsletter.
I started CONTINU:STUDIO - a creative technology studio - because I kept noticing the same thing: the conversation about the future of work often focuses on what’s new, but not enough on what people already bring with them.
Yes, the workplace is changing. New technologies, new workflows, and new expectations are reshaping how we work. But the people who will thrive are not necessarily the ones starting from scratch. They are the ones who know how to combine experience with what’s possible now.
The tools are changing quickly. Today it might be Power BI helping someone turn data into a story, Figma helping teams design better experiences, Notion helping organize knowledge, Miro helping teams think through complex problems, or AI tools helping people move from idea to execution faster.
But the tool itself is not the advantage.
The advantage is knowing what questions to ask, what problems are worth solving, and how to use these tools to make better decisions.
That is the idea behind CONTINU:STUDIO.
This is where we’ll explore the intersection of experience, technology, creativity, and the evolving workplace. We’ll look at the tools changing how we work, the design principles behind better systems, and the unexpected ideas—from culture, business, and everyday life—that can help us rethink how we create value.
And this is just the beginning. Along with the newsletter, we will be creating virtual workshops, 1:1 coaching experiences, and practical tools and resources designed to help professionals navigate what’s next in their careers and build confidence in a changing workplace.
Because the future of work is not about replacing what you know.
It is about amplifying it.

📋 PATCH NOTES: Outdated Info, Corrected
The outdated ideas, tools, and habits getting replaced — and what’s true in today’s digital workplace.
Outdated Info:
Email is where work happens.
The Correction:
Email is becoming the place where work gets announced, not where it gets done. Modern teams rely on connected systems — collaboration platforms, knowledge hubs, project spaces, and AI-powered workflows — to move ideas from conversation to completion.
The skill isn’t managing more messages. It’s designing better ways of working.
⚡ QUICK HITS
Hot Ones and the Power of Unconscious Competence
If you haven’t seen it, Hot Ones is a YouTube interview series where host Sean Evans interviews celebrities while they eat increasingly spicy chicken wings. Known for its surprising depth, the show often reveals how guests think, learn, and approach their craft.
In a recent conversation with actor Jon Bernthal (Spiderman: Brand New Day and The Punisher), the discussion touched on unconscious competence—the stage where a skill becomes so natural that you may not even realize how much expertise you have built.
That idea matters in today’s workplace.
Many experienced professionals have developed this kind of expertise. They can recognize patterns, anticipate challenges, and make decisions based on years of experience. The challenge is that what feels obvious to them may not be obvious to others.
As work becomes more digital and collaborative, the advantage is not just having experience. It is learning how to make that experience visible, transferable, and amplified through new tools.
Why it matters: Your expertise may be your greatest asset—but only if others can see its value.
🗓️ UPCOMING EXPERIENCES
Are you worried that AI and new digital tools could put your job at risk?
You are not alone.
Many experienced professionals are asking the same questions: Will my experience still matter? How do I stay valuable as technology changes the way work gets done? What skills do I need to build now?
Starting in October, CONTINU:STUDIO will launch a series of virtual experiences designed to help you understand the technologies reshaping the workplace, build confidence with emerging tools, and learn how to use them to strengthen the value you bring.
These courses are not about competing with technology or starting over. They are about understanding what is changing, adapting with confidence, and using new capabilities to amplify the expertise you have built throughout your career.
Registration opens soon, and seats will be limited. Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens and be among the first to reserve your spot.
